ICA is family and community focused, and is the culmination of nearly 40 years in the Indigenous and business space from the senior levels through to sitting on country with people. We are passionate about capacity building through professional, personal and organisational development.

We believe you should start with the ‘why’

You likely know how the business delivers on it’s outcomes and what it requires to do that. But a workforce that is aligned with the purpose of a business is a nearly unstoppable force. Defining the why is the first step on the journey.

Diagnose the issues

To get started on the journey of change and improvement, we need to identify the current roadblocks. Once we understand what these are, we can begin to make a plan and set goals.

Begin creating results

This is when a plan is determined that encompassess the how for each challenge to be met or goal you are working towards. This can be difficult and it is important to work together and maintain the plan and effort to achieve growth.

Recognise the evolution of yourself, your team and your business

The built-in accountability and progress measurement will now provide the clarity to see how far you have come. You’ve reached your objectives, we’ve cleared the initial challenges, and can now enjoy the results of your hard work.
